“Kellie greatly exceeded our expectations in selling our Condo in downtown Grand Rapids. We had recently moved into a new house and were looking to sell our condo. Kellie was able to sell our house in no time at all for a price we were very pleased with. She was able to use her knowledge of our building and available buyers to set an asking price that was far above what we originally intended to list at. She was able to find a buyer for us before listing, which greatly expedited the process. After the buyers originally pushed back on the asking price, Kellie was able to get buyers agree to the full price. When the appraisal came in short of the agreed upon asking price, Kellie was able to negotiate with the buyer to make up the difference in cash (meaning our place sold for above appraised value). She was very responsive, and was able to get us to the closing table within 20 days. We would highly recommend her to anyone!”
